Automation from barcode reading, sampling from primary tube, nucleic acid purification, master mix preparation, reaction (PCR) setup, and reaction (PCR) with throughput 1 to 48
Product Description
LabTurbo 48S system is a multifunctional DNA/RNA workstation with the functions of barcode tracking, sampling from primary tubes, nucleic acid purification, and multiplex/array PCR setup. Samples can be loaded from primary tubes with the barcode information recorded. By the membrane column chemistry and optimized protocol, the system enables nucleic acid purification from various biological samples with the high yield, purity, and sensitivity and without cross-contamination. Subsequent multiplex/array PCR setup and reaction (PCR) can be done without manual input. LabTurbo 48S standardizes procedures from nucleic acid extraction to PCR, saves the labor/cost on routine tasks, and minimizes human errors as well.
